Get HOPE Global believes strongly in investing in and empowering local leaders as they teach, lead, and disciple at-risk women in their communities and churches.
Phase One:
The first phase of Project Connect will enable HOPE’s Regional Director in Tanzania, along with a Program Leader, to travel to the US for leadership development and strategic planning.
Phase Two:
Later in 2024, experienced HOPE Program Leaders from Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda will come together for 3 days to pray, worship, encourage one another, and learn from one another. They will discuss strategies for success in using the HOPE curriculum, managing savings and microloans, and mentoring the women in their HOPE groups. The leaders will be challenged in design thinking strategies for innovation in their communities. The US HOPE team will assist, listen, and learn from our African leaders.
