Planned Giving

Planned giving is the process of donating planned gifts. A planned gift is a contribution that is arranged in the present and allocated at a future date. Commonly donated through a will or trust, planned gifts are most often granted once the donor has passed away.

No matter how large or small the contribution, your planned gift to Get HOPE Global can have an impact that extends beyond your lifetime – helping to empower women and girls with redemptive, faith-based business training and support.  It’s a gift that will fund life-changing programs that will make a positive impact around the world for generations to come.

In addition to making a lasting difference in the lives of others, your bequest to Get HOPE may offer tax savings because it is deductible from your gross estate, providing your estate is large enough to require the filing of a state or federal estate tax return.

With the help of an attorney, you can include language in your will or trust specifying a gift to be made to Get HOPE Global as part of your estate plan.

Here is sample wording that can be included in your will:

I give __________(specific amount or property, percentage, or residue) to the tax-exempt organization Get HOPE Global, located in Denver, CO, for the purpose of supporting its international business training programs. (Tax ID 46-0839256)

Always consult an estate lawyer or financial planner for specific advice and information regarding your personal situation.
