Fact Sheets

How does Get HOPE Global connect with the wider world?  What motivates us to do what we do?

We’ve answered these questions in our newly released Fact Sheets.  Click on the images below to read how the work of HOPE addresses complex challenges.  These fact sheets can also be downloaded and shared.

Founder’s Letter

God is on the move!  That calls for a celebration – and you are all invited.

Get HOPE Global began in 2008 as a faith-based nonprofit.  At that time, a team of passionate, God-inspired volunteers envisioned a world where impoverished women and at-risk girls could be self-supporting and could honorably compete in the marketplace.   We looked for ways we could play a role in helping to break the debilitating cycle of poverty. This led to the development of life-impacting business training, microloans, and character-focused bible lessons.

Our vision and focus continues to be on spreading the reach of the gospel and giving hope to the hopeless.  I am humbled and delighted to say that vision is now a reality for many women in the developing world. We rejoice in God’s abundant grace as it continues to grow and unfold in awesome and unexpected ways.

When I initially heard God’s call to use my interests, skills and background as an educator and a business owner to write the HOPE training programs, I didn’t realize how many volunteers and supporters would partner with me in this initiative.  I have been inspired and amazed by how God has worked through the use of this curriculum and small loans to not only bless, but to give those in need a chance – the dignity of a chance.

Founding Team

As a faith-based nonprofit organization, we expand our reach through the help of volunteers, donors, mission organizations, HOPE staff and board members.   As founder, I give God all the glory for great things He has done.

We welcome you to our website to see what God is doing in HOPE.  I want to encourage your participation in our calling with your prayers, donations and support in telling others of this ministry.

Let the celebrations continue!

Ruth Craig, Founder

Train the Trainer Videos

Our Train the Trainer videos have been newly revised, and we can’t wait to see how God will use them!

This video series helps Get HOPE Global Program Leaders learn more about leading a HOPE group.  Five short training sessions provide tips and tools to make using our materials even easier.

A Train the Trainer manual is also available for download, providing a print reference for the information in the videos.

Current curriculum owners can find the video links by logging in to their HOPE account.

Creole Translation

We are pleased to announce the arrival of our most recent translation!

Creole CoverIn anticipation of an upcoming trip to Haiti,  HOPE Business Program: Starting and Growing Your Business is now available in Creole.  Haitian Creole, spoken by 10-12 million people, is the major language spoken in Haiti.  It is also spoken by Haitian immigrants in Cuba, Dominican Republic, and the Bahamas.

Current owners of HBP: Starting can log in to their accounts and view available translations on the main “My Materials” page.  Curriculum translations are offered as an extra benefit for Get HOPE Global users.  They are not rigorously field tested, so they should always be used in conjunction with the original English language document.

Justice Run 2019

The Justice Run is a family-friendly event that raises money and awareness for human trafficking and its victims.  Get HOPE Global is looking forward to participating for our fourth year!  We are also pleased to partner with the racing team from Front Range Christian School.

If you want to run, register using the link in the sidebar and specify Get HOPE as your team beneficiary.

If you want to attend, come find the Get HOPE Global booth on race day.

If you can’t make it, you can still donate to the Get HOPE Global team.  Check the sidebar for details.

It’s that simple – run, visit, donate, or do all three!  We welcome your support in the fight to end human trafficking.
